Family, religion, friendship. These are the three demons you must slay if you wish to succeed in blah.

I'm sure I've played this a dozen times last week, so here's a dozen and one butchering the baker's count for making candles von too tree ha ha ha make sure they're weird. On second synapse, monkey's tired of dancing. Always tired.

Ergo, stop hanging around and go frolic in the street.

Family, religion, friendship?

Not in my family, in fact I am staying away from my sister's wedding in September because this lefty does not mix well with assault weapon owning Bible thumpers who don't worry about Social Security because they think the Rapture will hit before they retire.

As 99.9% of all weddings make an evening of toenail clipping seem thrilling, good call, but you better hope the food isn't fantastic because that shit's free.

I'm o.k. with the two and three, but the first has me in a stranglehold.

The first is only an issue on the few travel holidays when I'd rather be avoiding human contact and the others are pretty much non-entities, so it appears that I *have* won the future. USA! USA! USA!

But I don't want to succeed in blah. I want to fail in blah. I want to succeed in zazz!

I was a miserable failure in blah. Those religious friends and family members kept derailing my ambition.

O jim, thy glass half-full positive optimist vibes are really bringing this place down, man.

tom, that's what you get for not smoking enough dope.

you forgot about killing the riffs to bring the blahs.

I succeeded in blah and look where it got me.. frolicking in the middle of the road and not a boyscout in sight.

Most everyone's family and religion suck at some point and at some time. I would hope that friends wouldn't be on that list but...

duchess, riffs, like King Diamond, are immortal.

susan, because they're all working on their Getting Baked in the Forest merit badge.

life, oh, everyone sucks, some just suck more than others.

what's this 'religion' thing?

does it need human sacrifice, or will some chicken mcNuggets work?

I just got done frolicking in the street, which can get you arrested where I live, in Yuppyville. I'll stick to my Bible thumping, thank you very much. :-)

Randal Graves said...

okjimm, either is fine since chicken mcnuggets is people.

nunly, when you go a-thumping, do you actually thump or merely shake your Bible in the air because I think you should thump.

Oh, I thump like there's no tomorrow! Cuz, you know, there may be no tomorrow. One thing we can look forward to is with our North Korean dimwit, we may end up getting new episodes of MASH on next season.
