Wind power

I don't feel like bellowing about old cracker goopers getting their name in lights at the rock hall of fame, an idea that, aside from being a financial non-windfall, is inherently fucking stupid.

I don't feel like screeching about young draft picks ripping up the second knee in order to have a matching pair for nights out at Playhouse Square.

I don't feel like guffawing about the comedy of permission because, oh, what's the point, not as if the sun isn't going to go red giant & devour us whole anyway.

That's a great piece of music, Randal and the images are even better.

I have a lot of wind power today...last night was curry night. Muahahaha!!!

I'm disappointed you didn't mention anything about Bristol Palin being on Dancing with the Stars. That's going to be a laugh riot.

But to be fair I'm avoiding the South Carolina superhero, Alvin Greene, as much as possible.

There are no heroes. Just people we like to pedastal for being being better looking or faster than the rest of us. Real heroes like you Randal, sit in dark corners and poke fun.

I am sure that would have been a great piece of music. Unfortunately it broke down after the first few viola notes wafted through my headphones. I will try again later.

david, fantastic band, though after the original vocalist left, they probably should have called it a day.

And c'mon, Benny Hill, you know I like to keep this place classy!

BB, why waste a slot on her when there are so many politicians besides the Bug Man who need image rehab.

Is he still news down there?

mrmacrum, don't patronize me, bicyclist, big fun is found in the dark. In this week's episode of The No Profundity Players, we discover solutions to problems that the audience knows cannot be implemented.

Try again, they might be your style of metal, less abrasive, more proggy/theatrical.

I'm going to use the sun devouring us all as my reason for oh so many things from here on out.

That's a very well-done production, Randal, albeit a bit heavy on the foreboding and gloom-ridden side for my taste starting a holiday weekend. All the more so here, where the weather is scheduled to go from ideal to 15 degrees below normal, with high winds and a dust storm giving way to rain, effectively ruining most of it for any outdoors enjoyment.

I hope the weather for your holiday weekend, and that of all here, will be much better.

Finally, George Voinovich gets some long overdue recognition. His heavy metal career wasn't well known, but his vocals were unparalleled in that genre. He did a cover version of "People Equals Shit" that makes Slipknot sound like Mitch Miller.

Graves, you swine!

I thought the sun was going to go dwarf, and then the Aussies would go bowling. I'm so confused.

Tengrain

I thought with Voinivich being recognized by the R&R Hall of fame meant the sun would be going Bossa Nova.
