Ah Jeez! Give a guy a camera and it's family slide show night. From the obscure to the mundane is there no happy medium with you? Extremist!

I'm all for picture posts (surprise)!.

Besides, I like to know what it's like up in Cleveland, which I imagine to be some Hyperborean wonderland.

demeur, what, now it's a crime to love both Polish death metal and pretty flowers?

if, I'm getting more and more on board with the snapshot gig. What the fuck am I gonna say about the wide world of non-sports that hasn't been said 4,876,123 times, and better?

But good call on the nature of NE Ohio. We all run around in loincloths and all the chicks look like Sandahl Bergman.

How nice to see Clevetopia in bloom. Now you've got me whistling Sibelius.

I love that second picture and its caption.

Though Texas can out-wildflower anyone, it could not out-tulip Cleveland, ever. I blame Rick Perry.

Plus, bee lovers rule.

karl of the österreich, so are you alive or no, 'cause I ain't keeping these human sacrifices to the dead in the basement forever. Food costs money!

susan, but he was Finnish. Don't you know any American composers, like Lee Greenwood?

FB, although Rick has much better hair than John, add in that Texas has bees and Ohio has corpse holes, you guys come out ahead, but there's that 13 months of humidity, so we've closed the gap, just watch it.

Nice pictures. Are you sure that's Cleveland? I thought Cleveland was nothing but shuttered factories, gutted buildings and homeless people sprawling everywhere.

You have more flowers up there then we do around here. we have been getting so much rain and everything is soggy and no fun. We need more sun.

And it was only some months ago when I was complaining about the drought :)

A nosegay of rank-smelling flowers, such as grow in Mr. Iohn Goodvvins garden. Gathered upon occasion of his late lying libell against M. Thomas Edvvards, which he himselfe fitly stiled Cretensis, for the foule lies therein contained, with sundry others, exactly gathered, and published. / By Josiah Ricraft, a well-willer to truth and unity, but an enemy to the hydra of anarchie. Published by authority

Loincloths? I thought so and you probably have a bone through your nose (the new grunge look).
Should we send foreign aid to Clevelanistan? Sorry but no cash left in the coffers and your Gov. wouldn't permit it anyway. He's a big fan of poverty.

tom, shhh, stole these from The Google.

okjimm, Randal's not here, man.

liberality, have you thought about investing in some buckets? Save that liquid for drought season, or be a good capitalist and sell it, supply and demand, you'll be driving a Caddy in no time. Do rich people still drive those?

SWA, that was pretty cruel of me. Next time, blizzard.

thatgirl, a garden of flovvers:
vvherein very liuely is contained a true and perfect discription of al the flovvers contained in these foure followinge bookes. As also the perfect true manner of colouringe the same vvith theire naturall coloures ... All vvhich to the great charges, and almost incredible laboure and paine, the diligent authore by foure yeares experience, hath very laboriously compiled, and most excellently performed, both in theire perfect lineaments in representing them in theire coper plates: as also after a most exquisite manner and methode in teachinge the practisioner te painte them even to the liffe. Faithfully and truely translated out of the Netherlandish originall into English for the comon benifite of those that vnderstand no other languages, and also for the benifite of others nevvly printed both in the Latine and French tongues all at the charges of the author.

demeur, bah, we kill our own meals, the dread pigeoning-bird is a worthy adversary.

Well, I love the flower pics..you can never have enough flowers, IMO. I'm also a big fan of the Cannabis plant. They're just so pretty and delicate looking. If you put them in your garden amongst the Azaleas and Echinacea's, they compliment each other beautifully. Doncha think?

Oh...and I forgot something. Be nice to your mom (and your wife) today. You can be a pain in the ass the other 364 days of the year. :-)
