No, nothing to do with our next king, but some new, as-yet-unreleased, Opeth.
As an aside, I recommend
taking a day off, unplugging,
just mellowing out and pretend
political idiocy
and the daily variety
are each a fabricated thing.

I've said this before...
This harshes my morning mellow, mellow yo.
Yep. Politics are poison. Toss a damn frisbee around. It's good for the soul.
fot, oh come now, it's quite easy to sit back and starting the meditation of rose-fingered dawn with some Swedish death metal.
dean, you've got that right. About the politics part. We still have giant, unmelted piles of snow around ready to swallow an unsuspected frisbee-er, hacky sack-er or football tosser.
I can't take the day off...I just took three weeks off.
This is mellow? I thought Frank Sinatra was mellow. This is scary.
Yeah, but I can. ;-) And it's a scary world, mon amie. Thus, loud riffing.
Due to computer problems, I was forced to take a few days off the computer. Aside from not being able to get any news except on cable news channels, my world did get a bit more peaceful and nice. I found myself doing the things I used to do and not always thinking about political shit. That was indeed a nice change.
By the way, did I miss any birthdays or celebrations that called for a cyber cake? If I did, I am so sorry. Hopefully you made cupcakes or something.
As dean said, they are indeed poisonous. No, we didn't partake in any swanky soirées nor any all-night benders, but cupcakes aren't a bad idea anyway.
Vous avez été étiqueté. (Mes excuses).
I'm taking your advice, Randal. I'm taking the day off...no new post today and light posting this weekend. I'm still going to visit my favorite blogs, though, unless they close their shades and pretend they're not home when I come knocking.
dr. zaius, je l'ai vu, je l'ai vu. Yikes!
ME, the doctor is in, more than 5 cents though. And the shades are only closed because we're doing illegal activities. Come on in!
This music knocks my socks off, but Constipated Satan would do well to stuck a sock in it.
That's a cross between "stick" and "stuff," BTW
My bad! :)
Whenever I play Opeth for a non-metal person, that's usually what I get. "The music is really good, but why does he sing like that?"
'cause it's METAL! ;-)
Another group I haven't heard of, but I like it. Heavy metal with dark chords and fast guitar solos -- what's not to like.
