Once again, I've got nothin' - I really have to stop with the emotionally revelatory crap, be it sappy love or venting vitriol, 'cause it drains the creative juices something fierce - so let me join the endless cavalcade of faux musical hijinks.
Let’s Make a Band:
1. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Random
The first article title on the page is the name of your band.
2. http://www.quotationspage.com/random.php3
The last four words of the very last quote is the title of your album.
3. http://www.flickr.com/explore/interesting/7days/
The third picture, no matter what it is, will be your album cover.
You then take the pic and add your band name and the album title to it, then post your pic.

I can't do that photoshop stuff either.
Totally off topic here - one time you mentioned stray and/or feral cats. There's a national org called Alley Cat Allies that will treat ferals humanely - i.e., trap them, spay or neuter, treat any illnesses, and release back in the same neighborhood. It's the only method that's proven to actually keep the population down, plus it's humane because feral cats can never become pets. That way, they don't end up in a shelter and have to be put down because they're "too wild."
I'll definitely have to check them out. We saw another set of paw prints the last time it snowed, so I know at least one more is out looking for some food. Thanks for the info!
Oooh, I even got a poem there at the end.
'Twas all my pleasure, Randal, imagining the font I would dig if I were as hard core as you. :)
I was hoping you'd appreciate that. :)
But I must be going as the brutal call of Mokotow Prison must be answered!
Habits of Human Beings? Do you mean like nun's habits? :-)
Groovy post. Somehow, I can see you leading the Mokotow Prison band. The whole thing really speaks of dark, raging, poetic music! Perfectly you, eh? :)
My first band attempt was "Solute Carrier Family" with "reaction, both are transformed" as the last four words and a b&w image of a winter tree as my album cover. Bizarre!
ME, only if they end up on the floor at some point. Boy, good thing I don't have to go to confession, huh. ;-)
b, I had no clue what it was, but apparently it's a place in Poland that Stalin loved to send political prisoners. That ought to give you an idea, though I'm not sure how poetic violent incarceration is. ;-)
That sounds pretty cool! I was surprised how well a lot of these things turned out. Not sure how any of the bands would actually sound, but all the superficial stuff has potential.

The newest and best album from the asskickingest Pantera-Stravinsky-Coltrane fusion band in the world (probably because they're the only one).
Sorry, photoshop no can do.

Randal-
ME, only if they end up on the floor at some point. Boy, good thing I don't have to go to confession, huh. ;-)
I thought the confessionals is where the nuns were supposed to drop their habits! Darn that Father Guido! He lied to me!
Prison band? You mean like Johnny Cash...now he was cool. Randal, will you wear black too?
Okay, so my band's name is Aegina, which sounds vaguely...vulgar. The name of my album is apparently No Purely Feminine Woman, which sounds so apropos that I suspect you chose it specifically for me. And the album cover is a photo of trees reflected in a dappled pond.
You wicked, wicked man.
Salut,
Marjorie
Tom, shit, I'd actually love to hear such a loon combo as that! So, get cracking on starting up that band.
dcap, that's why I'm really hesitant to call the local one. We took in a stray a few months back, but it was an obvious house cat. Friendly as hell, always sitting on your lap.
ME, how many bad ones did you pick up?
Colleen, noirs vetements ? moi ? jamais ! (I'm kidding)
Marjorie, with Freudians floating around the internets, I'm not saying a word. ;-)
