Aw man, I think the clock is slow

'tis cold, a blustery auster, the Hyades bring rain, & the Promethean gift of microcircuit technology allows the holy warbles of Alice to ring out. In headphones, those ear buds are mighty uncomfortable, don't know how the whipper-snappers do it. Feel like writing, aesthetic's right (conveniently ignoring current locale, death of all work, work minus), but the pen is drier than the sword of Ozymandias. Birmingham-West Brom it is.

Your poor dry pen.
May it be whetted yet.

'Tis a blustery day in Tejas.
See...
Stranger things this day hath wrought, yo.

Well I guess you have to be half deaf like I am to handle "Alice" turned up to wow. Good tune. Finally something I can say, "Yeah I know that tune."

Now get back to work. Those whipper snappers are catchin up.

It rained buckets yesterday, it's raining now, tomorrow it may snow.

What's not to love about Ohio?

Its raining here as well with the wind blowing down scores of tree limbs into my yard which is certain to drive my friendly neighbors into fits.

But I'm cool with a glass of red wine and ABBA playing in the background.

Brings back memories. "I've got it bad, got it bad, got it bad. I'm hot for teacher..."

Earbuds may have been designed for ears such as mine. I've always found them comfortable and sometimes while passing through an empty hospital corridor I'd take a little time to dance.

While my muse revs herself back up to speed I'm painting borders on some that now seem to deserve them.

Hope the muse alights in teh land o' Cleve!

Saw a movie the other night about it: Three Days of Rain. Apparently inspired by stories of Chekhov (no Star Trek jokes here, ok?) Good film. Do you know it?

If not, and you write fiction, it's a good insight into character. Stars Peter Falk—who's amazin'. And Dondy Dan—who's boy might've been the auteur. And Blythe Danner—who I'd take over daughter Gweneth anyday.

Low budget. Bleak. Moving.

Best,
Jim H.

Serendipitous!

Anyways, I hope you got to Darkthrone a bit in the misty mists upon release from la bibliotheque.

I'm at the radio station and appears that I'm not doom and gloom enough for the usual listeners. At least I'm having fun right?

Oh yeah? Yeah. Me, too. Dig the music and didn't need ear buds to enjoy it. Thanks.

So your pen is dry. As long as your keyboard isn't greased or crusted with snacks residue, use that. C'mon, it's the 21st century.

As for "work minus," better be careful. That kind of talk can get you in trouble with the productivity police.

If your pen is dry, dip it in something wet, you silly boy!

Hello all, thanks for stopping by but now I must say goodbye because of Madam Z's awfully disturbing comment, won't someone please think of the children!
