Amnesty International

"If I can't spy on you, I'll kill myself! I fucking swear!"

31-67. The halftime score of a Big East power versus some Division II cupcake?

Nope.

This.

At least we have the first eighteen on the list of whom to vote out at the next opportunity. Corporate chickenshits.

Giant kudos to Obama for not being a scared little child.

I'll have the complete list of DINO traitors up tomorrow.

RG, I signed the petition. Clinton didn't vote (which pisses me off), but I'm glad to see that Schumer is one of the 31 yays to remove Telco immunity. The slippery slope just got steeper my friend.

Absolute bullshit that Clinton missed that vote. Obama may be more form than substance (I'm not so sure anymore) but at least he took the time from campaigning to actually stand up for the constitution.

Fucking unbelievable, the amount of turncoat Democrats these days.

tomcat, with a healthy dose of eloquent evisceration.

spartacus, she really should have voted, and the Schumer yea surprised me, as well. Slip slidin' away.

dean, agreed on both counts. I'm not a big fan of either, but fuck, at least he showed up and voted against lawlessness.

frederick, and in the face of an immensely unpopular and outgoing president. Honestly, what do you have to lose?

Oh, another one who voted for amnesty was our Junior DINO Senator, Ken Salazar. You know things are bad when voters wonder whether things would have been different if, say, Pete Coors had won. On the bright side, 2010 is right on the horizon.

This is the last straw. How risky would it have been for Congress to say no just this once? Bush said he'd veto the bill if it didn't have that amnesty clause written in. So what? It was Bush who wanted the bill.

Congress wouldn't have even needed a spine to vote no this time; just a pulse. Every one of those fuckers who bent over for Bush needs to get voted out.

Who Hijacked Our Country

I'm so sick of our Democrat Senators, I have to wonder what the hell the Republicans have on these guys. And Hillary not voting! That really pissed me off! I'm still not voting for Obama, but man..she made a big mistake.

That picture is really creepy! 8-o

i ain't cried in I dont know how fucking long, but I cried tonight.

Our country, that I once believed in, is just not there anymore.

Travis Bickle is merely a moodswing right now. Bulletholes. Images of bulletholes.

karen, yikes, that IS bad. We're lucky to have Sherrod Brown, but we also have another Crocodile Tear Man in the form of Voinovich, to go along with Boehner. What is about my state?

ME, she really should have. I hate when politician "don't have the time" or there's a "scheduling conflict." And if you're campaigning? Great. Your #1 priority is your job. Come on, November 4, just get here then go away. And that video is completely fucked up! ;-)

fade, and it was done quietly - in comparison TO said bullet holes - yet out in the open. Sure, the minutiae of the secret meetings of a Cheney energy task force or the OSP for Iraq might not be known, but we've seen the result. And you're right: this is in no way, shape or form, what the USA should ever hope to have become.

I am so ready to kick Senator Bill Nelson's ass all the hell across Florida. WTF was he thinking?

Getting retroactive amnesty for telcoms was one of the cheapest political bribes ever.

Being the only one to duck the votes, Clinton really stood out like a sore thumb.

Was the evisceration sufficient, Randal?

Randal Graves said...

POP, you just don't get it, THE TURRISTS ARE COMING! RUN FOR THE HILLS!!!!!

thoughtcriminal, if the House doesn't come through, it's going to be quite interesting what - presumably - Obama does if he gets in. There's a ton of Bush shit to clean up, but this, unlike the economy or our reputation - which will take years, if not decades - can be fixed relatively quickly.

tomcat, I don't know man, you weren't very clear. ;-)
